Pluto Sites is operated by Jon Howard, a Hays, Kansas, native with 14 years of web development experience. He has previous management and development experience with web design companies in both Hays and Hutchinson. He left his previous employment to start Pluto Sites to better serve his clients and himself, and continues to live in Hays with his two sons.
